What do I do when the power goes out and I can not get on the Internet?
First, power down the computer and then power down the DSL modem by pushing the button on the back of the modem or unplug the power cord from the back of the modem. Wait 3 minutes and then turn on the modem and then power the computer back up.
What do I do if I can't send/receive e-mails or the web browser will not display any website?
Is "WAN," "ADSL" or "DSL" light blinking on your DSL modem? It needs to be solid. Try rebooting the modem by disconnecting its power cord for a few seconds then plug it back in.
